I truly have no idea about this item and have not been able find any information about it while researching. So, I do not have any idea if it's vintage or modern. This category was the closest one that fit this item.
What I do know is it is absolutely adorable.  It's a fluffy white bear? Dog? Not sure. But it's wearing green ear muffs.
