Vintage Moscow News Newspaper Poster Sign. Measures 16" X 12". It has a plastic cover & a loop on the back for hanging. The back is stamped Crescent Quaity Boards.
Vintage condition. Some of the black border is coming away from the pastic cover. The plastic cover has some dirt spots & the loopon the back is taped on. There's a bend in the board on the backs near the corner.It doesn't seem to affect the front. The current plastic cover & board could be replaced with a new frame.
