Description
Offered for your consideration is a pair ofPARKER
Vector
rollerball pens
, promos for CITYSIDE FINANCIAL SERVICES and AMERIANA BANK AND TRUST, respectively. As you may know, the Vector was introduced in 1983 as a rollerball pen, replacing the PARKER Systemark, and was initially called the RB-1 for Roller Ball 1.
Per the stamped factory date codes, Y and Q.II, these pens were USA-made in the 4th quarter of 1996 and UK-made in the 2nd quarter of 2000, respectively.
So, please have a look at my large photos and read the remaining description to decide if these Vector rollerball pens should become yours.
These two PARKER Vector pens are in clean, good condition. They measure 5 3/16” long with cap on, a full 6” with cap posted atop, and 7/16” at their widest. There are no cracks, chips, or noteworthy scratches to the durable plastic caps and barrels, just some tiny nicks and usage marks from the years. And, the corporate logo script is in great shape with minimal wear. Plus, the chrome-plated clips rest firmly upon the barrels with no gap and the caps engage the barrels perfectly and post to the steel end caps tightly.
Lastly, the
PARKER rollerball cartridges are dry or empty
in both of these pens, so you’ll need to supply your own. But, as I’m sure you know, PARKER rollerball refills are commonly found in many stores and, of course, on eBay.
As pictured and described, this pair of PARKER Vector rollerball ad pens is offered at a competitive price.
