This instrument/probe system delivers a TRUE ±0.9F° accuracy and probes can be replaced in the field without the need for recalibration. The heavy-duty patented probe cable that neatly wraps and stows around the instrument. The MicroNeedle probe tip offers the quickest response with minimal impact on the product. Ideal for thin food products and semi-solid products. Probes can be easily replaced at your location without a need to re-calibrate Manufactured in an ISO 9001:2008 facility in the USA.
