Designed for Ease
The secret is in the patented design of Snap-Hoop. There's no cumbersome inner hoop that traditional hoops require.
Snap-Hoop comes with a flat magnetic top and flat metal bottom frame. Simply lay the fabric over the bottom frame and snap the top frame in place! Voila! The fabric is secured.
Minute adjustments can be made by tugging on the fabric without distorting the fibers. Try that on a traditional hoop and you are guaranteed to end up with puckering on your embroidery.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30 day FULL SATISFACTION & MONEY BACK GUARANTEE! If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the order. The order must be returned to our warehouse within 30 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. We will not accept returns without a RMA. All returned merchandise must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. Return and expedited shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If the return is the consequence of our error or a defective item then we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to exchange the item. Items purchased new and returned in a used condition may be subject to a restocking fee.
Please note that the return for the following products is not permitted due to manufacturer’s policy, unless still sealed and/or unopened: Embroidery Software, Hardware, and Embroidery Designs.
What is your shipping policy?
All orders are shipped free within the continental 48 United States. Our goal is to ship all items within 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped USPS, FedEx or UPS and generally arrive within 1-4 business days.
Free shipping and handling applies to continental US addresses only and free shipping is not available for AK, HI, PR and international shipments.
International Customers: Beware of taxes and duties you might have to pay to your local customs.
