Eastern European Dagger 16th – 17th Century
This long dagger which is quite unusual may originate from Eastern Europe possibly Hungary.
Its impressively long almost making it a short sword and has a very unusual pommel design.
The hilt has an petal / apricot shaped pommel with wire grip and for a guard a short set of curved qullions.
The blade is a long double edge design, like a stiletto blade with triangular cross section.
