Made in Germany, DIPLOMAT writing instruments have been manufactured using traditional methods of craftsmanship since 1922. Diplomat's Magnum SoftTouch Pen features a lightweight, plastic barrel that makes it ideal for everyday use. But don't be fooled: This German-made writing instrument performs up to Diplomat's high standards. The body has a "no-slip" lacquer coating which gives it a very soft grip.
For starters, the durable ABS plastic body features a soft matte texture (hence the SoftTouch name) that offers excellent grip in conjunction with a perfectly balance design. The ergonomic grip zone is simple but interesting tapered design and suited to offer maximum comfort when taking notes or creating a masterpiece.
The Tip, Pocket Clip and End Cap Parts are solid metal and have been plated with a durable Chrome finish for a brilliant shin that complements the body. There is a clear Emblem imbedded in the End Cap of the pen the reads "DIPLOMAT Product of Germany" for authenticity. This is a quality writing instrument manufacturing in Germany.
The DIPLOMAT Magnum Ball Point Pen is a "Click Activated Pen" and comes equipped with a smooth writing SCHMIDT® easyFLOW9000 Medium Tip Black Ink large capacity refill. (note – on our Lanier Pen site you can set up the option for the customer to select the ink color. Either Black or Blue)
This Magnum ballpoint pen is one of Diplomat's most affordable offerings and is offer by Lanier Pen's in these colors; Aegean Blue, Burned Red, Crow Black, Indio Blue, Pearl White, Hot Pink and Lime Green. The special no-slip lacquer gives the body a soft touch.
