Antique 16th century Central European large sturdy very well hand forged steel battle axe head with very sharp, oblique cutting edge, large oval eye, and flat rectangular poll. Struck on one side with a maker's mark and adorned with engraved pattern and stamped with circular eyes.
CONDITION: In its original condition, age and usage are showing, slightly pitted.
